You may find it surprising to discover that the core of Christianity is not about following a set of rules, in order to be a good person. Neither is it about attending church enough times, in order to gain access to heaven when we die. 

With such misunderstandings about rules and regulations set aside, what is Christianity all about?

It's about a person, and his name is Jesus Christ. He lived as a social outcast and was hated by the religious elite of his time. Yet the words and  works of this homeless man from a socially deprived (and despised) place called Nazareth, literally changed the course of history forever.......

Jesus claimed to be God in the flesh - therefore we only have four options where he is concerned......

Either he's a mad man, a bad man, a sick man or he is the God-man! 

Here at Gateway, we believe that when you objectively study the historical, factual evidence, you'll find compelling and conclusive proof that Jesus was indeed the Son of God - who died for your sins, rose from the dead and will return to judge every human being who has ever existed, including you!

Jesus claimed to be the "Gate" - meaning every person can enter into eternal life through him. That's made possible because he also laid claim to be the "Way" - the only means through which a person can be united in right relationship with God.

Jesus' was radically exclusive, claiming that apart from him, no one can be accepted by God or know God. 

Jesus was radically inclusive in his willingness to give eternal life to anyone, from any race or nation, who is willing turn and put their complete faith in him as their Rescuer and Ruler (or "Saviour and Lord").

That's why we're passionate about giving every person the opportunity to properly examine the life, work and grace of Jesus Christ, and what implications this has for their life and eternity.
